Explore your Anxiety Reaction Types

  • Parenting Anxiety Reaction Type (PART) Quiz

Parenting Anxiety Reaction Type (PART) Quiz

Dana created the Anxiety Reaction Types© (ART) framework to help adults identify some of the unconscious ways that anxiety can manifest. The Parenting Anxiety Reaction Types (PART) quiz includes 16 questions to help parents identify some of the unconscious ways that anxiety can manifest. Once you recognize your PARTs, you’ll be able to shift your parenting decisions to better align with your values, rather than reacting to your fears.

You may identify with aspects of the 8 ARTs©. Each reaction type is not written in stone. Consider them as frameworks for understanding, rather than rigid molds that can help you make small parenting changes with a large impact on your kid’s trajectory and mental health—as well as your own.

  • Anxiety Reaction Type @ Work Quiz

Anxiety Reaction Type @ Work Quiz

Similar to the PART quiz, Dana’s Anxiety Reaction Types© (ART) framework can help identify the unconscious ways that anxiety can manifest at work. Our ways of managing anxiety are based on heredity, life experiences, and temperament—and often, we’re not aware that it’s even present. When we’re aware of our ART©, we can take control of our anxieties and use them to benefit ourselves and our work.

No ART© is better or worse than the other. They’re built to offer a different perspective on yourself and to improve your relationship with your work. The ART @ Work quiz is designed to help us shift our professional decisions to better align with our values, rather than reacting to our fears.

Parents are constantly making decisions, big and small, that will affect our child’s life. It’s an incredible privilege to make these choices—and extremely stressful. Parents often end up feeling torn between what we feel we should do, and what we want to do.

Dr. Dorfman created this free worksheet to help you do just that. This is not meant to be a quick fix solution but rather a tool to help parents start imagining creative solutions for what can feel like intractable dilemmas.
